How does it work?

1. Decide on the fitting required (eg. Tee Elbow or Reducer)
   Hint: Use 1 ½” BSP Threaded Fittings
2. Select tails to suit pipe size
   Hint: 1 ¼”, 1 ½” & 2” Tails all have 1 ½” BSP threads on the other end
3. Check o ring is in place on tail. Screw the selected tail into fitting
   Hint: recommended fittings have a chamfer for an o ring seal, other
   fittings can be used but require thread tape .Nip tighten for best seal.
   Do not over tighten.
4. Slide the pre-made stainless steel wire clamps on to the pipe
5. Insert fitting
   Hint: Tail slips inside poly pipe.
6. Tighten clamp with CLAMP-IT Tool
   Hint: Use second tail to position wire clamp before tightening.
   Tighten clamps to within ½” of the full length of the CLAMP-IT Tool
7. 6 Flip the CLAMP-IT Tool over 180 degrees, cut wire to 6mm
   Hint: Pushing ends in beside each wire wrap gives a smooth, safe finish

Cheaper
The MIX-it Range is much cheaper as you do not need to carry such a big range. Using 6 pieces you can create virtually any fitting.

Hint Use 1 ½” Socket with 2 tails and make an extra long Adjustable Joiner 12” long.

O ring seal tested to 100psi.

The Tails are made of toughened plastic while the wire clamps are 316 marine grade 1.6 stainless steel.
